KYOCERA Document Solutions aims to provide a wide range of Support options so that customers can choose the service level that best suits the needs of their business.

We supply our products through two main types of business partner:

  • Servicing dealers employ engineers to provide on-site technical support for the products they sell, both inside and outside the manufacturer’s warranty period; if you have a service contract with a KYOCERA dealer please contact them directly for support, on the number they have provided.
  • Resellers do not have a service operation of their own and the products they sell are supported by KYOCERA Document Solutions (U.K.) Limited. The KYOCERA Support Centre can be reached on 0845 456 0456 (or from the Republic of Ireland on 01460 0164). Please have your product’s serial number ready when you call.

If you purchase a product without a dealer’s service contract, please do register for your manufacturers warranty as it will help us respond more quickly should you require technical support. You can do this online. Extended warranty options are also available. If you require technical support and your printer is out of warranty, please call our support centre on 0845 456 0456 (or from the Republic of Ireland on 01460 0164) and they will advise you about the options available.

Unique drum and developer guarantee
Wherever you buy your KYOCERA printer or mfp, its long-life drum and developer are covered by a unique manufacturers guarantee that it will be free from defects for its entire design life in pages or for three years from date of purchase, whichever is reached first.
